Thanks to OMTA, Ohio's reciprocity has been restored.
Bill 209 has been a point of frustration for riders from Ohio and neighboring states since it's inception. Businesses that support the riders in both states have suffered as well.
On March 26th, 2009, Ohio's Gov. Ted Strickland signed Senate Bill 209. Full reciprocity will be restored 90 days from signing of the Bill.
We'd like to thank Ohio's OMTA for making this Bill their main priority for the last two years.
